 New customer here!  Just signed up on one of your packages, as part of this I had to pay £35 up front for a BT TV box. I've confirmed payments etc and now have checked my bank account online, it is saying that £70 has been taken from my account by B

Just signed up on one of your packages, as part of this I had to pay £35 up front for a BT TV box. I've confirmed payments etc and now have checked my bank account online, it is saying that £70 has been taken from my account by BT? Is there a way to reverse this, as I didn't order two products.
